● Excellent understanding and practice use of methods and standards of the approach to project management (Agile {Scrum & Kanban}, PMI);
● Understanding of foreign economic/trade activities, in-depth knowledge in the field of export-import operations, strategic planning and operational management of commodities and raw materials;
● Knowledge of modern production systems and solutions. Organizational knowledge of both main and auxiliary productions systems. Successful experience in production modernization and optimization of cost of production;
● Knowledge of technical characteristics, design features, equipment purpose, mode and rules of its technical operation, knowledge of ISO including TR CU rules, equipment certification and practical experience of EPC projects;
● Optimization of the company’s business processes, conducting key management decisions, strategic planning and risk management, effective development of commercial activities, successful experience in negotiating and concluding contracts at various levels.
