Chief of Technical Department

  • Managing daily, weekly & monthly reports. • Managing subcontractors’ contracts and monitoring Cash Flow for sub-contractors’ payments and advances. • Preparing work schedules, updating and following up continuously. • Monitoring Planning Budget and analysis Income - Costs - Profit projections and report actual Cash Flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis (monthly/bimonthly). • Preparing schedules for additional contracts and monitoring variation orders and acceleration or extension claims. • Preparing client’s Payment Progress Report (PPR). • Preparing cost assumptions / analysis for additional works.ABS Group

I had worked for Akfen Holding (Turkish Co.) as Deputy Project Manager and QC Supervisor for constructing Hotels in Russia. Also I worked for Verso-M Holding (Azerbaijan Co.) in Russia, as Deputy Project Manager in Nizhnevartovsk (north of Russia) for constructing Hospitals. Recently I work as a Chief of Technical Office Department For building Highway Bridge in Toliatti (Samara region). I’m civil engineer, my experience - 20 years - in the field of civil engineering in the both of site and office works - goes back from 1993 up date. I have worked in Russia for - 14 years - since 2003 in Turkish and German companies. My role is a Technical Manager / Planning Manager / Delay, Acceleration Analyst & EOT Claims and Cost Control Manager / Contracts Manager / Construction Manager / Project Manager. I don't search for position. Also I can work in staff as an engineer. I search for good company, big system and good organization and I like to work in a such corporation.
